60 min to spend as you please between our variety of treatments. Staff can guide you as to how best fill your hour. Choose between taking a plunge into our icy waters or sit back and relax in our state of the art hot tub (hot & cold therapy). Move on to our market leading infrared sauna and finish up in our compression boots!

Full Recovery 60 min

Alternate between our Hot Tub and Ice Bath. The cold therapy (cryotherapy) is effective in that it causes vasoconstriction causing the muscles to contract, inflammation is lowered, and pain signals reduced. Hot therapy is a vasodilator, which increases circulation, relieves pain and relieves cramping or aching muscles.

Hot/Cold Therapy

Massages the legs with pneumatic compression to enhance circulation, reduce muscles soreness, reduces swelling, water and lactic acid build up.
